Ingredients

  • 1 pound cubed chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl, stirring well.
  3. Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and cooking oil until evenly coated.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Brush some of the bang bang sauce over the chicken skewers.
  6. Cook the skewers for approximately 12-15 minutes in the air fryer or 15-20 minutes in the oven until fully cooked and golden brown.
  7. Serve the skewers hot with remaining bang bang sauce on the side.

Notes
