Instructions
- Begin by heating oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
- Season the chicken chunks generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in all-purpose flour, then dip them into the beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated chicken into the hot oil, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey, mixing until smooth.
- Toss the hot fried chicken in the prepared sauce until well-coated.
- Serve hot, arranged on a platter with greens or cucumbers.

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu. Use room temperature ingredients for better coating adherence.
