- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, diced onions (if using), and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving hot.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with freshly chopped green onions or cilantro. Serve with a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
