- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Pair with salads, roasted vegetables, or grains for a complete meal. Serve warm with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
