Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  5. Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
