- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Whisk until well combined, ensuring the honey dissolves completely.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat (around 375°F).
- Thread the marinated chicken along with pineapple, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
