- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, avoiding burning.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let it come to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Introduce the sliced grilled chicken to the sauce and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad for a balanced meal. Pairs well with white wine.
