  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (sugar-free for keto)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes.
