Juicy pieces of marinated steak grilled with colorful vegetables for a flavorful and vibrant meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, whole or halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate it in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven (if using the oven, preheat to 400°F).
  4. Thread the marinated steak and chopped vegetables onto skewers.
  5. If grilling, cook the skewers on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. If using the oven, bake for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful steak kabobs!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with a refreshing side salad or fluffy rice.
