- 1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice)
- 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, whole or halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate it in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven (if using the oven, preheat to 400°F).
- Thread the marinated steak and chopped vegetables onto skewers.
- If grilling, cook the skewers on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- If using the oven, bake for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful steak kabobs!
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with a refreshing side salad or fluffy rice.
